Fabianna helps leaders and teams develop new awareness, leading to new choices, enabling transformational results. She believes that coaching is about creating a psychologically safe space, a “container” for the heart and the mind, focusing on the whole person. Her unique approach to Talent Development creates broader space for her clients to tap into their intrinsic abilities, shine in their diversity, enabling full realization of “Purpose”.
Her Style

Fabianna is an experiential coach and facilitator. She is known for her intuitive, empowering, possibilities-based approach. Her style is creative, and action based, allowing her clients to proactively explore and apply new mindsets, challenging limiting beliefs and biases, unlocking true potential. Fabianna’s deep experience, along with her continued studies in the areas of Positive Psychology, Sociology, and Metaphysics, have shaped her approach and impact in the human transformation space.
Her Story

1st generation American - Fabianna’s parents immigrated to the USA from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, in the late 60’s. She comes from humble beginnings, influenced by her parent's fight for the American Dream. She is a kid of the AIDS Crisis, orphaned at an early age by both the HIV virus and Cancer - these adversities have shaped her life, her purpose, and the person she has become.

Fabianna’s life story is evidence that we can personally debunk the societal stereotypes surrounding success and achievement. She is the “American Dream” of her parents. Her life purpose continues to be rooted in her ability to impact people’s lives. Her cultural duality, combined with her extensive professional experiences, add texture and diversity to the spectrum of her ability to help people “Be the Be” they are meant to be.
Her Experience

Fabianna began her early career 20+ years ago in mental health and social services, supporting underprivileged youth and homeless families. She then spent the bulk of her career leading HR Talent & Performance Management for various global Fashion Luxury and Media/Entertainment organizations. Her diverse career trajectory in Executive Human Resources led to her extensive experience in the People Development space. Her expertise spans in areas such as Leadership & Performance Coaching, Learning & Development, Onboarding & Acclimation, Career Development, Communications, Succession Planning, Culture and People Experience – all through the lens of DE&I.
